It is always painful to deal with contractors and only men are in the flooring industry.

What is your big picture vision for your business?

Grow to having multiple Mobile Flooring Showrooms while employing multiple design consultants. And, that my leadership example will inspire each of them to strive to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
