What are you working on right now?
With Flourishing Minds, I’m building a virtual community for those who are on their wellness journey.
Who is your ideal client?
High achieving, busy women who appear to “have it all together” but secretly struggle with anxiety, depression, or burnout.
What is a common misconception about your industry?
A therapist only does therapy. As a therapist, I am also a yoga teacher, I teach corporate wellness workshops, I am a content creator, and I have a podcast. I also host wellness retreats around the world.

What is a big picture for your business?
To be a leading voice and hub for holistic mental wellness, blending traditional therapy with integrative practices, retreats, corporate programming, and digital resources.
What is your superpower?
My superpower is my ability to create safe, sacred, and transformative spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.
What is your favorite productivity tool?
The Google Workspace, especially the calendar. I love how it integrates across all of my devices.
What podcast should every entrepreneur listen to?
Mel Robbins, Jay Shetty, and the Therapy with Rikki Podcast :)
Why Alkaloid?
I chose Alkaloid because I was tired of being inside of a traditional office with my clients and wanted to provide them an opportunity to walk and talk on the Beltline. It also gives me an opportunity to cowork on Fridays, as I work from home the rest of the week.
What is your favorite perk at Alkaloid?
Location, parking, desk availability, and having community.
What advice would you give someone considering coworking?
Do it. It gets you out the house and keeps you connected to those and the things around you.
Tell us one more thing about your experience at Alkaloid.
Yes, my experience has been great. I am always greeted with kindness and I look forward to coming up every Friday. :)
