What are you working on right now?
As a real estate broker at House of Modern Realty, I am working on helping agents on how to build sustainable, sellable companies that provide financial security in retirement. I also train them in modern marketing strategies and advanced negotiation techniques to help them succeed in today’s market while building long-term value.
Who is your ideal client?
Experienced real estate agents who are ready to move beyond transactional sales and want to structure their business into a sellable, retirement-ready company. They are motivated to grow their income, modernize their marketing, and sharpen their negotiation skills so they can compete at a high level now while building long-term wealth.
What is a common misconception about your industry?
People often think agents just open doors and collect big commissions, but the execution talent in our industry is one of the most underestimated skills. The same misconception applies to my brokerage. We are often mistaken for a small boutique firm operating under traditional rules, but we are far more than that. In simple terms, we provide entrepreneurial infrastructure, not just a standard sales model.
What is a big picture for your business?
I am building a brokerage that goes beyond traditional real estate sales. My focus is transforming agents into sellable company owners. Nothing is sexier than a secure long-term retirement plan for an entrepreneur.
What is your superpower?
I read people well and adapt appropriately. This skill helps with building authentic relationships which allows me to help more people in a genuine way.
What is your favorite productivity tool?
Lately, ChatGPT. Historically, my voice-to-text alarm setting capabilities. Using this tool helps my ADHD ass stay focused in the moment but not forget awesome ideas and tasks for the future.

A favorite book of mine is The War of Art by Steven Pressfield.
