What are you working on right now?
Three things:
- On the Business Development side of Westbridge Solutions, we’re working on creating a strategy for one of our consulting clients and automating their processes.
- We’re also in the beginning stages of building out software for one of our legal clients.
- On the Cultural Competence side of our business, we’re wrapping up a “Building Community Connections” workshop series for 3 cohorts: Business & Non-Profit, Faith and Youth communities for the City of Lawrenceville.
Who is your ideal client?
On the Business Development side, our ideal clients are small businesses and start-ups. On the Cultural Competence side, our target audiences are mid-sized corporations in the corporate, private equity, healthcare and legal sectors.
What is a common misconception about your industry?
A common misconception about my work is that we only provide trainings. In actuality, we are data-driven boutique consulting firm that creates a customized strategy for our clients via deep-dive assessments. (Sometimes trainings are a part of the overall strategy, but not always.)
What is a big picture for your business?
Our core mission is to empower professionals for resounding success through data-driven strategies. We specialize in enhancing the essence of diverse organizations by providing them with customized resources, tools, and concrete solutions to address their unique pain points. What is your superpower?
My superpower is that I see individuals and organizations 10 steps ahead of where they see themselves and I reverse-engineer the process to get them to achieve the goals beyond their goals. My superpower is that I help them win. I like to think of myself and Westbridge Solutions not as the actor on stage, but the Lighting Director behind the scenes. Seeing people and companies shine and succeed is the absolute best part of my work!
What is your favorite productivity tool?
There are so many! But, with regard to client deliverables, I would say Canva. It’s come such a long way and there’s so much we do with it.

Why Alkaloid?
I was looking to open a second location in Atlanta proper, and was seeking a professional environment that was cool and laid back. I wanted to come to work in jeans and a t-shirt and work in a vibrant space. I found that here at Alkaloid the moment I saw the space and met Katharine. It’s awesome!
What is your favorite perk at Alkaloid?
- Perk #1: Katharine is awesome and I think she has a literal easy button at her desk, LOL. She made certain that I was set up with everything I needed here.
- Perk #2: Everything is included here, which is so convenient!
- Perk #3: Who’s mad at donuts? Not me and not ever, LOL!
What advice would you give someone considering coworking?
Definitely do it!
