What are you working on right now?
I am currently the Vice President of Partner and Business Development at impact.com. impact.com is an affiliate platform and I essentially oversee the publisher side of the platform – helping publishers and influencers to drive more revenue via the affiliate/performance marketing channel (driving sales of products – CPA, driving clicks – cost per click, etc.).
Who is your ideal client?
My team mainly works with the largest media companies in the world, but we are always looking for new companies and influencers to drive traffic and sales to our thousands of brand partners.
What is a common misconception about your industry?
A common misconception is that it is “fraud” or “sketchy” – that was the case in the 90’s, but has come a long way in the past two decades. Many businesses can’t afford to pay for traffic from Facebook, Instagram, etc. and the affiliate channel is great because it’s based on performance (you pay when you generate a sale!).
What is a big picture for your business?
The big picture is to be the best partnerships platform in the world. The way people think of HubSpot for Marketing, and Sales for Salesforce, they should think of impact.com for partnerships. And, then the big picture vision is to IPO or get acquired!
What is your superpower?
I’m a great communicator!
What is your favorite productivity tool?
I use Trello for everything – work to do list and personal to do list!

Give it a try! You will feel much better getting out of your house and separating work from home.
