You’ll often find Caren mingling in common areas, chatting away at the coffee machine, always ready to offer a smile and a handshake.

Keen Kevin is the embodiment of focus and enthusiasm. Whether he’s working on a new startup idea or refining his code, Kevin is all about productivity. You’ll see him with three screens open, making efficient use of every minute. His passion is infectious, and he’s always up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies. Foodie Frank

Diligent Doug
Diligent Doug is the quintessential hard worker. He’s often found deeply engrossed in his tasks, typing away for hours on end without a break. Doug’s dedication to his work is admirable, and while he may appear intense, he’s also incredibly knowledgeable. Need help with a tricky problem or some expert advice? Doug is always willing to lend his expertise. Just be sure to approach him when he’s not in the middle of crunching numbers or closing deals. And you know he’ll be here on the weekend making the most of some alone time.
Community Spirit and Shared Values
Building a strong community spirit is key. It’s not easy and takes patience, love and loads of motivation. Events and activities that promote community building and mutual support always need to be included. While every community is different, the two events that work best at Alkaloid are monthly happy hours and coffee clubs. Of course, we have special events sprinkled in like a movie night or afternoon King of Pops gathering on a hot afternoon in Atlanta.
